In the women's 3000 meters, Ceili McCabe delivered a powerful finish to claim victory in the last 70 meters. Ceili managed to outpace Doris Lemngole to clinch the title. Unfortunately, Pamela Kosgei stumbled (tripped) in the final stretch. She regained her composure and rose to complete the race in eleventh place.

In the men's 400 meters, Will Floyd from Georgia narrowly defeated Baylor's Nathaniel Ezekiel by 0.01 seconds to claim the national title. Auhmad Robinson secured victory in the first heat and placed third overall.

It's clear the race was tight when the top five finishers were divided by under a second. Matthew Erickson from Oregon claimed victory in the men's 800 meters, narrowly beating Mississippi State's fast-approaching Abdullahi Hassan. Aiden McCarthy finished just under three-tenths of a second behind to take third place.

Ethan Strand executed a strategic race to claim victory in the men's 3000-meter run. The initial pace was fast but manageable. Ethan remained close to the leaders and made a decisive move with two laps remaining. Gary Martin and Adam Spencer competed fiercely down the home stretch to secure second and third places.
