The 2025 USATF-NE Open and Masters Cross Country Championships took place November 16, 2025, at Franklin Park in Boston, showcasing remarkable performances in both the Open and Masters categories.
Masters Men (8K): Experienced athletes demonstrated their endurance and strategic pacing. The victor, a former regional star, led the race from the front, and the age-group podiums emphasized the strength of New England's masters community.



Masters Women (6K): The women's masters race featured an intense competition, as the leading runner pulled ahead in the latter half. Numerous age-group winners were highlighted, demonstrating the competitive prowess across different divisions.




Open Women (6K): The women's race was strategic, featuring a close-knit group up to the 4K mark until a decisive move changed the dynamics. The winner surged ahead in the last kilometer, securing both the individual title and crucial team points. Runners from Providence and Boston clubs were prominently featured in the top five.



Open Men (8K): The men's race showcased a strong lineup of New England club athletes, with the leading group separating after the halfway mark on the rolling hills of Franklin Park.
