Colleges return to action at the Beantown Challenge

On January 17, 2026, local colleges resumed track and field competitions at the Beantown Challenge. This first-time event was organized by Harvard at the Gordon Track in Boston. The schools that took part were MIT, Boston University, Boston College, Brown, Northeastern, UMass Amherst, the University of Lowell, and the host, Harvard. The event saw several impressive times and remarkable throws.
