Lucas Figueiredo ran 48.04 to win the second heat and post the fastest 400m time of the day to win the event at the NEICAAA Indoor Championships held at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center on March 7, 2026. Merrimack's Gabriel Qureshi finished second with a time of 48.31. Stonehill's Jack Dougherty placed third, stopping the clock at 48.66.
