Upcoming indoor track meets

Hanging out with friends from other parts of the country made me realize what a wealth of riches that we have when it comes to indoor track. Good friend Paul (Guv'nor) McGovern listed the indoor tracks in our area and it is quite a few. We take them for granted because they are here, but it is an indoor track desert in other parts of the country.

This weekend's upcoming indoor track meets...

On Saturday, I will be with David Callum at the Mini Meet at BU. Doors should open at 8:30AM for warmups with throwing and running beginning at 10AM.

This weekend, the Massachusetts State Track Coaches Association sponsors the two day Winter Festival at the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. Small schools on Saturday and large schools on Sunday. I will be able to cover Sunday's action and possibly some of Saturday's action (depending on the wrap up of the Mini Meet.)

The TRACK at New Balance will host the Youth Jamboree on Sunday, with on field action beginning at 9AM.
