Celebration of women at the Boston 10K for Women

On Saturday, October 10, 2026, thousands of women participated in the Boston 10K for Women. This year marked the 50th running of the event. The event started as the Bonne Bell Mini Marathon in October of 1977. On Friday evening, October 9, 2026, a celebration was held for many of the women who have competed in each edition of the race, since its initial running in 1977.
