The LiveFitArmy 6th Annual 10K+ and 5K+/Walk took place September 13 2026, in Hyde Park. The race was unsanctioned and untimed with runners on the sidewalks and streets of Hyde Park and Mattapan.

It was the 6th LFA annual celebration of the running community and its mission to help the greater community combat obesity and promote better decision-making and mental wellness through running.

With 86% of the LiveFitArmy community and 99% of its group members identifying as minorities, LFA recognizes the difficulties related to the limited availability of affordable, healthy food options. LFA is addressing obesity and encouraging improved decision-making and mental health through running. Their strategy seeks to change the belief that running is limited to specific groups.
